A one-day working session
Not another talk about the future of work. One day, twelve people, and the two of us in the room making sure you leave with something running in your business — not a slide deck about someone else's.
Why this exists
Most of what passes for AI expertise right now is someone with no delivery experience repeating the same five slides. It's aimed at people already fluent in the jargon, selling a future that skips straight past the actual, unglamorous work of getting something to run inside a real business without breaking it.
We've spent our careers on the other side of that: one of us building the commercial case and the go-to-market, the other building systems that had to survive contact with banks, government departments, and broadcasters — places where "it mostly works" isn't good enough. This session is what we'd have wanted someone to run for us fifteen years ago.
"We're not here to make you sound like an AI expert. We're here to make one part of your business run better by Monday."
Who this is for
The day
Five modules, each ending with something built for your own business — not a hypothetical one. Same platform all day: no dashing between rooms.
What you leave with
At least one real process from your own company, rebuilt and running by the end of the day.
Prioritised and specific to your business — not a generic checklist you'll never open again.
Direct access to both of us afterwards, if you get stuck implementing what you've built.
Who's running it
Commercial strategy
Fifteen years building the commercial side of growing businesses, from founding his own agencies to fractional commercial and marketing leadership today. He translates what AI can do into what it's actually worth to you.
Solutions architecture
Two decades designing systems that had to survive real scrutiny — banking, government, and broadcast, where "it mostly works" was never good enough. He makes sure what you build on the day doesn't fall over the week after.
